Inside Sales Team Lead

About the role

The Inside Sales Team Lead will manage a team of inside sales representatives in Lahore, driving inbound and outbound sales activities and ensuring a robust pipeline of prospects. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of inside sales staff to meet sales targets.
• Oversee inbound and outbound sales efforts, lead generation, prospect qualification, and pipeline management.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth onboarding and account management.
• Prepare regular sales reports, analyze metrics, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation with a strong pipeline management track record.
• Demonstrated team leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with sales productivity tools and basic sales analytics/reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
