Instore Manager – Modern Trade

About the role

The Instore Manager – Modern Trade will be responsible for driving sales and strengthening relationships with key modern trade accounts in Karachi. You will act as the primary point of contact for retailers, ensuring product visibility, availability, and promotional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key modern‑trade accounts such as Imtiaz, Chase Up, Carrefour, etc.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase product visibility and sales.
• Design and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow market share.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient product distribution.
• Execute trade strategies and promotional activities across key accounts.

Required profile

• BBA/MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, modern trade, or account management.
• Proven experience managing key accounts such as Imtiaz, Chase Up, Carrefour, or similar.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship‑management, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
