About the role

Vivo Pakistan is seeking a motivated Intern Maintenance Engineer to join its maintenance and after‑sales service team in Sialkot. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh Electrical Engineering graduates or senior students eager to gain hands‑on experience diagnosing and repairing mobile phones.

Key responsibilities

• Receive mobile phones from customers or distributors, handle them carefully, and perform accurate assessments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Study technical manuals, product specifications, and repair documentation to improve repair capabilities.
• Communicate repair status and technical solutions clearly to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of all repair activities for quality control and traceability.
• Identify recurring problems and provide feedback to the engineering team.
• Support service consultants during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or students in the 4th semester or higher.

Required skills

• Electrical troubleshooting.
• Mobile device diagnostics and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specifications.
