International Business Development Representative

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking an International Business Development Representative to drive partnerships for its leading client in the online food delivery, e‑commerce, FMCG and marketplace sectors. The role involves full‑cycle outbound sales, from lead generation to contract signing and ongoing partner support.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify leads, conduct cold outreach, and negotiate partnership agreements via phone and Google Meet.
• Craft persuasive outbound messages tailored to UK‑based operators, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Deliver live sales presentations, handle objections, and close deals while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Prepare partner contracts, coordinate internal approvals, and support onboarding to ensure smooth activation.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships, address partner queries, and collaborate with operations and support teams.
• Track weekly KPIs such as connect rate, meeting rate, and closure metrics to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound B2B, telesales or partnership development.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with confidence engaging UK‑based operators.
• Proven ability to handle cold calls, objections and achieve target‑driven results.
• Strong research skills to build prioritized lead lists by postcode and business type.
• Commercial awareness of the competitive landscape and ability to articulate value propositions.
