International Freight Broker

About the role

RS BPO Services is hiring a full-time, on-site International Freight Broker based in the Karachi Division. The broker arranges and coordinates international freight shipments, negotiates rates with carriers and ensures timely, cost-effective transport for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bookings and monitor shipment status
• Negotiate rates with carriers and coordinate dispatch communications
• Resolve issues in transit and provide proactive updates throughout the shipping process
• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and billing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers and internal teams

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in freight brokerage, with knowledge of international shipping regulations and market rates
• Experience in dispatching, including coordinating with carriers, tracking shipments and ensuring on-time delivery
• Background in account management, overseeing client portfolios and negotiating terms
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple shipments at once
• Relevant education in business, logistics, supply chain or a related field is preferred
