International Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Banen Associates is expanding its Karachi office and seeks an International Recruitment Consultant to join its Executive Search team. This position offers the chance to work with global clients, develop an international career, and earn uncapped commissions while receiving comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, business development, and relationship building.
• Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, headhunt, interview, and shortlist candidates for permanent positions.
• Coordinate interview processes and manage placements from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Negotiate employment offers and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
• Utilise LinkedIn, recruitment databases, CRM systems, and social media to attract top talent.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident, resilient, and ambitious personality with a genuine desire to build a successful career.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills.
• Effective organisational and time‑management capabilities in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
• Experience with recruitment databases, CRM tools, and social media for talent sourcing.
