International Sales Agent – Night Shift

About the role

Protechs Solution is seeking energetic International Sales Agents to join its night‑shift team. You will work from 12:00 AM onward, making outbound cold calls to prospects in global markets and promoting the company’s IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls to potential international clients.
• Deliver a compelling sales pitch, generate interest, and qualify leads according to company criteria.
• Log all customer interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales to meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to maximize conversions and revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral or near‑native accent.
• At least 6 months of experience in cold calling, sales or lead generation.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Punctuality and strict adherence to night‑shift timings.
• Goal‑oriented mindset, resilience to rejection and a team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools (any platform).
