About the role

Bright Holiday UK is seeking an enthusiastic International Sales Executive to promote UK airline ticketing and Umrah travel packages to customers in Pakistan. The role involves direct engagement with UK‑based travelers, handling inquiries, and closing sales through phone and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify prospective customers for airline tickets and Umrah packages.
• Present travel options, explain package details, and address customer questions.
• Process bookings, manage reservations, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate travel arrangements and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum Intermediate or A‑Levels qualification.
• Prior experience in an English‑language call centre or office‑based sales/customer service.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to handle customer objections professionally.
