International Sales Executive – U.S. Market

About the role

ICON Global (Private) Limited is seeking a motivated International Sales Executive to drive B2B sales in the U.S. market. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients in the U.S. market.
• Prospect new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation channels.
• Understand client requirements, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective pipeline management and proactive follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in International B2B sales or business development.
• Experience with U.S. or other international markets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment, including night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
