International Sales & Support Agent – Night Shift

About the role

Techsol IT is seeking motivated International Sales Agents to join its night‑shift team. You will work from 12:00 AM onward, reaching out to potential clients in global markets and promoting the company’s IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects in international markets.
• Deliver a compelling sales pitch and generate interest in IT solutions.
• Qualify leads against company criteria before hand‑off.
• Maintain high call volumes while meeting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales.
• Log customer details and call outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximise conversions and revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral or near‑native accent.
• At least 6 months of experience in cold calling, sales or lead generation.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection‑handling skills.
• Punctuality and strict adherence to night‑shift timings.
• Goal‑oriented mindset, ability to adapt quickly and handle rejection.
• Team‑player attitude with a solid work ethic.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools (any platform).
