International Technical Recruiter (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive International Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end global hiring for our clients. You will work on‑site in Rawalpindi, coordinating with hiring managers across multiple time zones to attract top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for international technical positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Utilise and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews, assess technical fit, and negotiate employment terms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment plans.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably within the technology sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluent English with strong cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shift hours (8:00 PM–5:00 AM, Monday–Friday).
