International Tender & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven International Tender & Business Development Manager to lead the identification, pursuit and conversion of tender opportunities across the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. The successful candidate will be a proactive go‑getter who builds relationships, drives the bidding process and secures contracts in diverse international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new tender, bid and contract opportunities worldwide.
• Manage the full bid lifecycle from lead generation and pre‑qualification through EOI, RFI, RFQ, RFP, tender submission, negotiation and contract award.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, procurement teams, government bodies, consultants, contractors and key decision‑makers.
• Coordinate technical and commercial inputs to produce competitive tender submissions.
• Analyse tender requirements, commercial risks, pricing considerations and competitor positioning.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of upcoming opportunities and follow up until a decision is reached.
• Support international market entry and business development strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical, commercial, legal and operational teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning tenders and contracts, not merely preparing documents.
• Extensive international business development and bidding experience, especially across the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
• Deep understanding of international tendering and procurement processes.
• Self‑motivated, persistent and target‑driven with a go‑getter attitude.
• Excellent networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of opportunities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
