Investment Manager

About the role

The Investment Manager will join Pak‑Qatar Family Takaful Limited in Charsadda to oversee and grow the company’s investment portfolios while adhering to Takaful and Shariah principles. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a blend of strategic thinking, rigorous analysis, and close collaboration with senior management, finance, and Shariah teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with Shariah guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and conduct detailed financial and risk analyses.
• Perform daily portfolio reviews and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment proposals, performance reports, and support asset‑allocation decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and Shariah standards.
• Collaborate with senior management, finance, and Shariah advisory teams to align investments with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; professional certifications (CFA, CA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Proven experience in asset management, Takaful/insurance, banking or financial services, preferably with Shariah‑compliant investments.
• Strong analytical abilities, high ethical standards and integrity.
• Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
