IT Enterprise Systems Expert – Email & Active Directory

About the role

The Expert IT Enterprise Systems will design, implement and support email services, Microsoft Active Directory and Windows‑based infrastructure across a multi‑domain enterprise. The role ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements and drives continuous improvement of IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations, planning, upgrades and support for Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and Exchange servers.
• Administer Office 365 cloud services, including synchronization, email, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Perform patch management for servers and laptops in line with security guidelines.
• Monitor Microsoft alerts, respond to incidents and maintain SLA/KPI targets.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and standardisation with service delivery teams.
• Oversee domain registration and renewal, and support enterprise mobility solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience with Microsoft infrastructure and Office 365 administration.
• Office 365 admin certification preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicts.
