IT & Networking Associate – Onsite, US Shift

About the role

We are seeking an IT & Networking Associate to provide end‑user support and manage network infrastructure for a US‑timezone operation. The role is based onsite in Lahore and works the 4 PM–1 AM PKT shift.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and macOS issues for desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops and related IT hardware.
• Manage Mikrotik routers, including basic tunnels and VLAN configuration.
• Configure and maintain Cisco switches.
• Set up, maintain and monitor wireless access points such as UniFi, Ubiquiti (UBNT) and Ruijie devices.
• Diagnose network connectivity problems across LAN, WAN and wireless links.
• Maintain up‑to‑date IT documentation, network diagrams and asset inventories.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of OSI layers and networking fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with Mikrotik routers, Cisco switches and wireless AP configuration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve operating‑system and network issues.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and good communication skills.
• Experience supporting networks that operate on a US schedule is preferred.
