IT Operations Supervisor

About the role

Momentum Logistics is hiring an IT Operations Supervisor in Faisalabad. The supervisor monitors helpdesk tickets so that technical issues are resolved quickly, and takes part in IT projects such as system upgrades and technology deployments. The role covers daily IT operations, asset management and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily IT operations, including infrastructure, network services, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN and end-user support, to keep business running.
• Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets so technical issues are resolved in a timely way.
• Coordinate ERP systems, business applications, hardware, software and system integration support.
• Maintain IT security protocols: user access control, data backups, firewall management and disaster recovery arrangements.
• Manage IT assets inventory, software licenses and equipment lifecycle, in line with organizational policies.
• Liaise with vendors to check service quality, contractual commitments and support costs.
• Help plan and run IT projects such as system upgrades, process improvements and new technology deployments.
• Document IT operations and operational reports to support audits and compliance.
• Support fleet-related systems, warehouse operations, attendance systems and ERP integration, and provide IT support across several operational sites, including travel when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure and system administration.
• Previous supervisory or team coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, IT security practices, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
