IT Specialist – Digital Growth & Team Operations

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist who will operate at the crossroads of digital marketing, technical SEO and IT team building. Based on‑site in Islamabad, you will help expand our online presence while supporting the growth of our IT department.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute web, email and social media campaigns for local and international audiences.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, on‑page optimisation and backlink development using industry tools.
• Source, screen and shortlist IT candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, Rozee.pk and Mustakbil.
• Develop, update and maintain company websites on WordPress and perform basic content edits.
• Track performance metrics with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other analytics platforms.

Required profile

• Experience with digital marketing, SEO and IT recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with HR and technical teams.
• Familiarity with international clients or remote‑first environments is a plus.
