IT Support & Administration Associate

About the role

DAS Technology Services is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support & Administration Associate to join its Islamabad office. You will provide first‑line technical assistance, help maintain our IT infrastructure, and support ongoing improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, peripherals, and applications.
• Support routine IT operations, system monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, procedures, and system records.
• Help the IT team with projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
• Support administrative tasks such as access management, inventory control, and asset tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, email systems, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
