IT Support Associate

About the role

The IT Support Associate at AIO ensures the reliability, security, and smooth operation of internal IT systems and infrastructure. You will provide hands‑on technical assistance, end‑user support, and operational backing across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues on Windows, macOS, and Linux devices.
• Provide first‑level and escalated support, including device setup, maintenance, and Microsoft 365 administration (email, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
• Manage hardware and software inventories and document technical procedures.
• Troubleshoot routers, switches, VLANs, wireless networks, firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint security and monitor Microsoft Defender alerts.
• Support Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) user administration, conditional access, and identity security.
• Maintain incident records and assist in drafting SOPs for operations and security compliance.

Required profile

• Experience with IT support and troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, firewalls).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and asset management.
• Understanding of endpoint management (Intune) and identity services (Azure AD).
• Ability to document procedures and follow security best practices.
