Astrogems is seeking a smart, confident, and well‑presented receptionist to be the first point of contact at its premium jewellery outlet in Ocean Mall, Clifton, Karachi. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh candidates who want to start a career in a high‑professional retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers promptly and professionally.
• Handle inquiries face‑to‑face, via telephone and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate and confidential customer records.
• Support daily front‑desk operations and coordinate communication between customers and staff.
• Manage incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with basic customer feedback and resolve simple concerns.
• Uphold a neat, presentable appearance that reflects the premium nature of the outlet.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a pleasant personality.
• Proficiency in Urdu and basic English communication.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a small team of three.
• Basic computer literacy for entering and retrieving customer information.
