About the role
Join Unilever's Home Care division in Karachi as a Junior Manager Operations, focusing on supply chain and manufacturing efficiency. This contract position offers the chance to work on real‑world projects that improve factory processes and support sustainable living initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement SOPs across factory functions to boost efficiency and governance.
- Explore low‑cost automation projects and identify utility‑saving opportunities.
- Refine category manufacturing strategy by analysing end‑to‑end supply chain for Home Care.
- Create real‑time monitoring systems for manufacturing KPIs and investigate alternate fuel sources for cost optimisation.
Required profile
- Fresh engineering graduate; candidates with 6+ months manufacturing experience are preferred.
- Strong engineering fundamentals on process equipment and parameters.
- Good business acumen with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership mindset focused on results, resilience and continuous improvement.
