Junior Audit Officer

About the role

The Junior Audit Officer will support the internal audit function by conducting risk‑based reviews of the organization’s operational, financial and administrative processes. Reporting to senior audit leadership, the role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, financial leakages and compliance gaps, and delivering actionable insights to management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform risk‑based audits across operational, financial, administrative departments, including Sports and Billing functions.
• Identify process bottlenecks, financial leakages, and areas of non‑compliance with club bylaws.
• Prepare clear and concise internal audit reports with actionable recommendations for executive management.
• Collaborate with department heads to discuss findings and support implementation of corrective actions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar audit or internal control role within a reputable organization.
• B.Com degree required; partially qualified ACCA, CA or ICMA candidates preferred.
• Strong analytical acumen and an objective mindset.
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks.
