Junior Business Development & Bidder (Freelancing Platforms)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development professional to join our IT team in Lahore. The role focuses on sourcing and submitting proposals on various freelancing platforms, helping the company win new projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients on these platforms and ensure proposals reflect our capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable projects on freelancing marketplaces.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids that align with client requirements.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and follow up with potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Track bid outcomes and provide regular status updates to management.
• Analyze competitor bids and market trends to improve proposal quality.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients when required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or bidding activities.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
