Junior Electrical, Mechanical & Process Engineer (Contract)

About the role

Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI) is recruiting junior engineers for a leading Exploration & Production (E&P) company in Karachi. The positions are offered on a three‑year contract and focus on electrical, mechanical and process engineering tasks supporting oil‑and‑gas operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform engineering duties specific to the assigned discipline (electrical, mechanical or process).
• Support day‑to‑day operational and administrative functions of the E&P site.
• Contribute to technical efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Relevant academic qualification (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Electrical, Mechanical or Process Engineering.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi for the contract duration.
