About the role
The Junior Employee Services Officer will support the smooth operation of residential and administrative facilities at Kohat Cement Company Limited. The officer acts as a liaison between employees and service teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proper maintenance of facilities. Reporting to senior management, the role collaborates with HR and operations to maintain a high standard of living conditions for staff.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise support staff, including gardeners and sweepers, in residential and administrative areas.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other service personnel.
- Address and follow up on employee accommodation and facility‑related complaints.
- Monitor the upkeep of the company colony, hostels, and executive lodge.
- Maintain inventory and administrative records related to employee services.
- Oversee painting, whitewashing, and minor maintenance works.
