Junior HR Business Partner – Talent & Industrial Relations

About the role

Join a fast‑growing global tobacco business as a Junior HR Business Partner focused on talent management and industrial relations. You will support the factory in Jhelum by driving HR initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, learning & development, workforce planning and employee relations.
• Roll out employee engagement and organizational health surveys, track results and follow up on action plans.
• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies and build organisational capability.
• Assist the Industrial Relations Manager with IR strategy, labour‑law compliance, grievance handling and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in SuccessFactors, update data and generate HR analytics reports.
• Coordinate talent reviews, internal transfers and development initiatives with regional HR teams.
• Support HR budgeting and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in HRBP, talent management or industrial relations, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven, team‑oriented with good interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Jhelum.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SuccessFactors or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with HR data management and reporting.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
