Junior HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support our recruitment and administrative functions on a contract basis. The role is remote, with occasional monthly meetings in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and format job descriptions.
• Post openings on designated job boards.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Prepare shortlists and schedule interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and organize client files, contracts, and recruitment trackers.
• Schedule meetings, record minutes, and distribute updates.
• Update social media channels and prepare related posts.
• Keep the company profile current and accurate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged; up to one year of experience preferred.
• Previous experience as an HR Assistant or Recruitment Coordinator is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Organized, reliable and able to work independently.
• Based in Karachi or able to attend monthly on‑site meetings if required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
