Junior International Sales Executive – EU Market

About the role

Marcus Evans is seeking a motivated Junior International Sales Executive to promote its conference portfolio across the EU market. Based in our Karachi office, you will work on UK business hours (12 pm – 9 pm) and engage with senior decision‑makers from multinational corporations.

Key responsibilities

• Sell access to Marcus Evans conferences to senior decision‑makers in the EU through cold calling, email and social media.
• Generate and maintain a healthy prospecting pool for lead generation.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with attendees.
• Maintain organized records of sales activity and pipeline.
• Manage post‑sale relationships and secure re‑bookings.
• Collaborate with the team while upholding company policies.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C1 level.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales or B2B experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achievement.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
• Tenacious and persistent in overcoming challenges.
• Passion for learning and self‑improvement.
