Junior Marketing Executive – Outreach Campaigns

About the role

Folium AI is seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Executive to drive outbound outreach campaigns. You will work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support the company’s growth in the IT/software development market.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage mass and drip email campaigns using Instantly, Salesforce and GoHighLevel.
• Extract, clean, segment and organize lead data according to defined ICPs.
• Create multi‑step email sequences, personalize outreach and monitor deliverability metrics such as warm‑up, bounce rates and spam signals.
• Handle initial prospect replies, qualify leads and schedule discovery calls.
• Maintain CRM records, unsubscribe and suppression lists, and perform A/B testing on subject lines and messaging.
• Coordinate automation workflows through Zapier or n8n and generate LinkedIn outreach.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• 1–1.5 years of experience in email marketing or outbound campaigns.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and safe‑sending practices.
• Interest in software/IT sales is a plus.

• LinkedIn outreach tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Skrapp).
