Junior Quality Assurance Analyst (Contractor)

About the role

360training, an online training and certification provider, is looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst as a contractor. The role tests the company's online training courses to ensure minimum functionality and end-user experience standards are met, covering content, audio, images, course layout and course configuration. Work hours are 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Execute functional, verification/regression and mobile tests according to the QA testing plan.
• Use course outlines, manuscripts, audio scripts and activity/animation scripts to verify content in the online course preview.
• Document test findings and suggest revisions following QA best practices.
• Record all errors and perform regression testing so that bugs are fixed or addressed.

Required profile

• O/A level education or a bachelor's degree with English as a major subject preferred; other fields with similar skills and experience considered.
• At least 1 year of experience or an internship in content writing and data analysis preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English (preferably US).
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Functional, regression and mobile testing, and bug tracking and reporting.
• Content verification against scripts, outlines and design documents.
• Basic knowledge of web-based training and LMS; familiarity with LMS and Jira is a plus.
