Junior Social Media Executive

About the role

MKA Architects, a leading architecture and interior design firm, is seeking a Junior Social Media Executive to support its digital presence. The role focuses on creating and publishing engaging content that showcases the firm’s luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and publish posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Assist in planning monthly content calendars.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes site visits, project progress, and office activities.
• Write captions, select hashtags, and craft post descriptions.
• Edit Reels and short‑form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Design social media graphics with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Track basic analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Passion for architecture, interior design, and visual aesthetics is a plus.
