Junior Treasury Analyst

About the role

Murkez Technologies is seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst to support day‑to‑day cash management for a US‑based client. The role focuses on tracking, reconciling and reporting cash across multiple store locations while assisting with basic cash forecasting and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash activities across stores and reconcile cash deposits with bank statements.
• Prepare and distribute daily cash position reports for all locations.
• Track cash‑flow trends, flag unusual variances and help produce simple cash forecasts.
• Support management with clear cash dashboards and variance reports.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to reduce cash handling errors and losses.
• Assist the transition from Smart Safe to Cash‑in‑Transit (CIT) services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in cash management or treasury.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple stores simultaneously.
