Key Account Manager – Field Services Specialist

About the role

This senior position leads the country Field Services business, driving strategy deployment and profitable growth. Reporting directly to the Country President and indirectly to the Cluster Field Services VP, you will manage a team of outside service sales representatives to achieve quarterly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coach the outside service sales team to meet quarterly sales goals.
• Oversee a portfolio of technical services, including start‑up, maintenance, testing, retrofit, and upgrade of major electrical equipment.
• Lead turnkey modernisation projects from simple equipment replacement to fully engineered solutions.
• Implement country and functional market strategies, adapting the global go‑to‑market plan to the local installed base.
• Develop and execute a 3‑year business plan, deploying global offers with local value‑proposition adaptations.
• Achieve OI and sales targets, manage the sales funnel in Salesforce.com, and provide accurate forecasts.
• Prepare quotations, collaborate with operational marketing and BU account managers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Mentor the sales team, promote digital offers, and represent the company at trade shows and seminars.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading field‑service sales teams and delivering profitable growth.
• Strong understanding of electrical equipment services and modernisation projects.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Excellent customer‑facing skills and a track record of building key relationships.

Required skills

• Salesforce.com (BFO) for sales funnel management.
