Key Accounts Executive - Islamabad

About the role

Reckitt, a global hygiene, health and nutrition company, is hiring a Key Account Executive based in Islamabad. The KAE leads point-of-contact efforts with key customers, drives category optimisation and range expansion in line with Reckitt's growth ambitions, and manages and grows key accounts within their allocated geography while building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Customer relationship management: align demand and supply needs, build partnerships with customers and with store operations teams, and execute tailored strategies for each customer.
• Sales operations: run category strategies, execute events, NPD, EPD and BDI launch plans, and improve account management to gain value and volume share.
• In-store execution: ensure store merchandising meets JBP requirements, train and develop on-ground merchandisers, deploy merchandising resources, and lead in-store BIC implementations with vendors.
• Sales compliance: follow the Code of Conduct, anti-bribery and corruption policies and competition law, train merchandisers, escalate misconduct, watch for counterfeiting and report to Brand Protection.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in key account management or a similar role with a track record of driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG business dynamics, channel marketing and sales operations.

Required skills

• Commercial awareness and data analysis to spot trends.
• Writing, design and video editing.
• Numerical skills, including compiling and analysing spreadsheets.
