Key Accounts Manager – VSP (Karachi)

About the role

The Key Accounts Manager will develop and execute sales strategies for assigned key customers in the Karachi region, aligning with Reckitt Pakistan’s strategic objectives such as Net Revenue, Cost of Promotion, Gross Margin and Net Working Capital. The role involves building long‑term partnerships, managing commercial interactions, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve strategic objectives per customer (NR, COP, Gross Margin, NWC).
• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.
• Identify and develop new IMT/LMT partners to expand business.
• Implement and manage category strategy for each customer.
• Design and execute promotional plans, including trade budget management and range/space optimisation.
• Develop and launch new product plans with customers.
• Continuously improve account efficiency, profitability and category performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience in sales, marketing or key account management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a business‑related field from a recognised university.
