Lab Operations Intern

About the role

You will join GSK's lab and operations teams in Pakistan as an intern, supporting laboratory testing and equipment care. Working closely with quality, production and EHS colleagues, you will follow safe and compliant processes while gaining hands‑on experience in a biopharma environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support routine sampling, basic laboratory testing and sample preparation under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of raw data, logs and basic quality documentation.
• Operate and care for laboratory equipment following safety instructions.
• Assist with batch registration, report generation and documentation for internal reviews.
• Support documentation of lab‑related activities and help prepare audit materials.

Required profile

• Pharm‑D or B.Sc. Chemistry (or related field) required.
• 0–1 year of practical experience in a laboratory, production or quality environment.
• Basic understanding of GMP/GLP or strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail and disciplined record‑keeping.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English and Urdu (or another local language).
• Ability and willingness to work full‑time onsite and follow EHS and site safety requirements.
