About the role
Aston International is hiring an experienced and motivated LCL Consolidator Manager in Karachi, Pakistan. The role covers managing LCL consolidation operations and shipments and coordinating with overseas agents, shipping lines and local operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage LCL consolidation operations and shipments.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines and local operations teams.
- Handle pricing, quotations and space management.
- Negotiate rates with co-loaders and shipping partners.
- Monitor shipment schedules, documentation and customer requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents and business partners.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in LCL consolidation and freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of import/export operations.
- Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage operations efficiently and meet deadlines.
