Pricing Executive

About the role

A full-time Pricing Executive position focused on coordinating transshipment and export container movements, vessel slot planning and billing. The role works closely with slot operators, shipping agents and internal trade teams, and requires in-person work.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with slot operators, shipping agents and internal trade teams.
• Coordinate the planning and movement of transshipment and export containers to ensure timely, cost-effective operations.
• Maximize the use of allocated vessel slots and minimize space shortfall with trade teams.
• Work with agents and slot operators on planned shipments, vessel planning, cargo details and other operational needs.
• Maintain and update vessel planning, transshipment and Dead Freight (DF) tracking sheets, plus daily operational summaries.
• Verify invoices, reconcile Statements of Account and confirm charges against agreed rates with the Accounts Department.
• Prepare and circulate operational, invoice and reporting documents to management regularly.
• Keep accurate records of vessel planning, slot utilization, transshipment, cargo movement and billing, and follow up on operational, documentation and billing issues.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, vessel operations or slot management.
• Full-time, in-person position.
