Lead Conversion Specialist

About the role

The Lead Conversion Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site sales position based in Multan. You will identify new business opportunities, generate leads and turn prospects into customers through regular follow‑ups and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients, present product or service offerings, and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Provide market feedback and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in local marketing or outreach activities as needed.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify prospects, build relationships and close sales in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Organizational and time‑management capability to handle multiple leads and accounts.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and willing to work in the field meeting clients on‑site.
• Prior experience in sales, business development or customer‑facing roles; knowledge of the Multan market is a plus.
• Minimum high school diploma.
