Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on‑site in Multan, driving customer acquisition and brand awareness for AgentInStore’s AI‑powered shopping assistant platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, conduct product demos and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, create sales collateral and coordinate with product and customer‑success teams.
• Engage prospects, deliver training sessions or presentations, gather market feedback and support existing clients to maximise platform adoption.
• Track key performance metrics, prepare regular reports and contribute to continuous improvement of sales and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Training abilities to deliver demos, onboarding and educational content.
• Basic marketing knowledge, including campaign execution and content creation.
• Relevant experience in SaaS, eCommerce or technology sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Multan, manage multiple priorities and use CRM and productivity tools efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
