Lead Frontend Engineer (ReactJS | TypeScript)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Frontend Engineer to own the design and delivery of modern, high‑performance web applications. You will shape the frontend architecture, guide UI/UX implementation, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high‑performance frontend applications using React.js and/or Angular.
• Define and enforce frontend architecture, component libraries, and coding standards.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services, ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Mentor and conduct code reviews for a team of frontend engineers.
• Drive best practices in testing, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend frameworks.
• Proven leadership experience, mentoring engineers and leading frontend teams.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Experience delivering responsive, cross‑browser compatible applications at scale.
