Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Cinexcs Films, an AI‑native production studio, is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business opportunities. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in Lahore, focusing on identifying, qualifying and nurturing prospects for the studio’s creative services.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect lists across media, advertising and agency markets.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone and social platforms to introduce Cinexcs Films’ services.
• Maintain and update lead databases, schedule discovery calls and meetings for sales and creative teams.
• Track outreach performance, analyse results and refine lead generation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand service offerings and prepare basic sales collateral.

Required profile

• Strong lead generation and new‑lead qualification experience, preferably in media, advertising or B2B services.
• Effective communication and sales skills to engage prospects and support deal closure.
• Solid research abilities for market analysis and prospect profiling.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple leads and follow‑ups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or lead‑tracking tools.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and online communication platforms.
