Learning Analyst - Smart Classrooms

About the role

Noon Academy, the leading edtech platform in the Middle East, is hiring a Learning Analyst to oversee the design, implementation and continuous improvement of educational content and teaching strategies in the smart classrooms across Noon Schools in Pakistan. The role works closely with remote teachers, local facilitators and the operations team to make the curriculum effective and aligned with the goal of improving student outcomes in areas with limited access to quality education.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and adaptation of the curriculum to fit the local context and the needs of students in smart classrooms.
• Ensure weekly visits to campuses according to the work plan shared by the Learning Manager.
• Collaborate with remote teachers and local facilitators so that teaching strategies are effective and student-centred.
• Monitor the quality of teaching and learning, giving feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Work with PEF, JICA or other relevant stakeholders to align with national education standards and policies.
• Design and run training programmes for local facilitators and remote teachers to raise teaching quality.
• Collect and analyse student performance data to inform curriculum and teaching improvements, and track learning outcomes.
• Share best practices among teachers and facilitators and regularly update teaching materials and resources.
• Support the integration of technology in the classroom to enhance learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 1-3+ years of experience in curriculum design, teacher training or educational leadership.
• Experience on educational projects in developing contexts or with under-resourced schools.
• Strong understanding of teaching and learning in traditional and digital environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse student performance data and a passion for improving education in underserved communities.
