Learning and Education Data Analyst (Associate)

About the role

PwC's IFS firm in Karachi is hiring an Associate to act as a Learning and Education Data Analyst. The role focuses on designing and enabling innovative training programmes that enhance employee skills and knowledge, and helps build a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, analyse and report on training data using intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to track training metrics and performance.
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with global learning and education requirements.
• Implement processes and controls so training activities align with network standards and regulations.
• Provide hands-on support during training sessions, including setup, coordination and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in learning and development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Power BI for report creation and data visualisation.
• Knowledge of automation tools is preferred.
