LinkedIn Manager and Outreach Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a LinkedIn Manager and Outreach Specialist to turn LinkedIn into our strongest growth channel. You will manage our company presence, create engaging content and drive targeted outreach to generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company page and team profiles on LinkedIn.
• Plan and publish content that builds authority and attracts leads.
• Run LinkedIn and cold outreach campaigns, including connection requests, messaging and follow‑ups.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers, founders and CTOs in target markets.
• Use Sales Navigator and automation tools to build and manage prospect pipelines.
• Track connection, reply and meeting‑booked rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach.
• Strong written communication with a good sense of personalization.
• Familiarity with Sales Navigator and LinkedIn outreach tools.
• Experience selling or marketing software or IT services is a plus.
