LinkedIn Outreach Intern (On-Site, Rawalpindi)

About the role

A business development team in Rawalpindi is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented LinkedIn Outreach Intern to identify potential clients, connect with decision-makers and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn. The internship is on-site and gives hands-on experience in B2B outreach, sales prospecting and digital business development.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers such as business owners, founders and executives on LinkedIn.
• Send personalised connection requests and outreach messages, and build and maintain a lead database.
• Follow up with prospects and qualify leads according to the company's target audience and services.
• Support appointment setting and sales meeting scheduling.
• Track outreach activity, responses and lead progress in spreadsheets or a CRM.
• Research target industries, competitors and opportunities, and help improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and professional networking.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi.

Required skills

• Basic research and data entry skills.
