LinkedIn Specialist – Executive Branding & Social Selling

About the role

Esketchers is seeking a LinkedIn Specialist who will own the full lifecycle of the company’s LinkedIn presence. You will build executive personal brands, create high‑impact content, and turn platform engagement into qualified sales conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously optimize LinkedIn profiles for company leadership and the Esketchers page, including headlines, About sections, featured content, and visual identity.
• Develop and execute a content strategy that attracts decision‑makers in MarTech, Healthcare, Fintech, Marketplace, and Retail.
• Identify, connect with, and nurture relationships with relevant prospects, decision‑makers, and industry stakeholders.
• Engage authentically in comments, direct messages, and conversations to build genuine relationships that convert into business opportunities.
• Move engaged prospects to booked discovery calls and track the impact on the sales pipeline.
• Report on LinkedIn performance metrics (reach, engagement, connection quality, meetings booked) and refine tactics based on data.

Required profile

• Proven portfolio of LinkedIn accounts you have grown, with measurable before/after metrics (followers, engagement, inbound leads, meetings).
• Deep, hands‑on understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm, content formats, and social selling.
• Track record of generating real business outcomes (leads, booked meetings, pipeline, or revenue) from LinkedIn activity.
• Strong written communication skills, able to write in an authentic executive voice.
• Experience managing multiple LinkedIn profiles simultaneously, preferably in a B2B services, SaaS, or technology environment.
• 3–5 years of dedicated LinkedIn/B2B social selling and personal branding experience.
