Logistics Coordinator – Karachi

About the role

Tri Angels Electronics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support and manage its nationwide distribution network from Karachi. You will be responsible for coordinating supply‑chain activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely shipments across the electronics and trading sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing logistics operations and nationwide distribution.
• Process Oracle ERP logistics and inventory transactions with precision.
• Maintain comprehensive inventory records, perform regular reconciliations, and control stock levels.
• Prepare customs bond documentation and coordinate shipment processes with authorities.
• Collaborate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transporters to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track shipments continuously to guarantee timely and safe arrivals.
• Generate detailed logistics and inventory reports for management review.
• Operate warehouse management and inventory control software to optimize stock handling.
• Support order fulfillment, ensuring accurate and prompt processing.
• Lead and supervise a team of four logistics personnel, providing guidance and support.
• Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of freight forwarding, warehouse management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Experience in electronics, trading, distribution, or import/export sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a small logistics team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
