About the role

A full-time, onsite Logistics Dispatcher is needed to coordinate and schedule truck drivers for timely pick-ups and deliveries. The role ensures smooth communication between drivers, customers and internal departments so that transportation runs efficiently during nighttime hours. The position is rotational, six days a week with one day off decided by management.

Key responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries
Monitor driver locations and progress using dispatch software
Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers and internal teams
Proactively resolve issues or delays to ensure timely service
Keep accurate records of routes, schedules and customer interactions
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
Deliver high-quality customer service and support

Required profile

Minimum of 1 year of experience in truck dispatching (preferred)
Fluent English, spoken and written
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team player with a customer service mindset
