About the role

AsyncTech is seeking a full‑time Logistics Freight Broker to join its Karachi office. You will act as the primary liaison between shippers and carriers, ensuring that freight moves efficiently, on time, and at competitive rates. The role blends negotiation, dispatching, and customer service to support the company’s growing logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify carrier capacity and negotiate freight rates.
• Dispatch loads, monitor shipments in real time, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Track shipments, maintain accurate documentation, and optimize routing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Analyze performance metrics, margins, and rates to improve operational outcomes.

Required profile

• Excellent conversational English.
• Proven experience in freight brokerage, dispatching, or related logistics functions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and documentation.
• Detail‑oriented with solid time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Transportation Management Systems (TMS) proficiency.
• Ability to analyze freight rates, margins, and performance data.
• Understanding of freight regulations and documentation requirements.
